The PTK LTD conveniently enables individuals from all over the world to easily purchase her items and have them delivered to their shipping address. We are fully committed to making your online shopping an experience that is worthwile.

Please make sure that you read and understand these Terms & Conditions of Use before completing your order.

These Terms & Conditions of Use form an agreement between you and PTK LTD, and apply to all the transactions that are carried out through this website. Please read this agreement carefully before you place your order. Our VAT Number is PTK Ltd MT 1832 – 9009, and our Trading License Number is C378 97. Please note that 18% VAT applies to all the Internal European Countries.

Placing an Order

Simply place your items in your Shopping Cart, or add them to your Wishlist (if you would want to save and buy the items later on).

The contents of your cart and their total cost are listed in the Shopping Cart box.

Confirming an Order

Once your payment is authorised, the order is complete and you will be presented with a page confirming that your order has been registered. PTK LTD will send you an Order Receipt Confirmation email with details of the order. We encourage our customers to print and retain a copy of this email since it represents the transaction record.

Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail. At this point, a binding agreement will be created between us in line with these Conditions of Use.

Before sending the acceptance email we will make sure of the following:
1.    That the products ordered are available for delivery within the stipulated time.
2.    That the price has not increased between time of order and our acceptance of it.
We reserve the right to issue a full refund if the product is not still available at our shop.

If either of these two conditions does not hold we will contact you to inform you of this. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order. If you decide to cancel the order your charge will be reversed so that you will receive a full refund. We will request the refund within one working day (excluding weekends and local public holidays) of your instructions to cancel the order.

PTK LTD will make its best effort to ensure that the listed prices are correct and the items are in stock and available for delivery.

Faithful Descriptions of Items

At PTK LTD, we strive to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided are 100% accurate. Always using high quality resolution for our images, photographic processing and screen display may yet allow certain slight variations for which PTK LTD is not liable.

In addition, even though PTK LTD takes all the possible endeavours to ensure that the information provided on the website is precise, errors such as the listing of an incorrect price or the availability of any item that is not in fact available, can at times occur. All items are custom-made, meaning that there would only be one item on sale. If an item (such as a handbag) is sold, and is still listed in the catalogue to buy, we will refund the total amount.

Cancelling and Exchanging Items

PTK LTD will not exchange any items. The posted item will be in good condition and is sold as it is.

Cancellation Policy

As per EU Law of returning unwanted goods.

You have 7 days to cancel purchase for non-faulty goods.

This means that you can cancel your online purchase within seven working days.

The period begins on the day when you receive your purchase. You can choose to cancel your order for any reason within this timeframe - even if you simply changed your mind.
PTK LTD will give you a refund within 30 days.

Although you have a right of refund, you will have to pay the postage costs of shipping goods bought online back to PTK LTD.
